Our Approach:

Personalized Care without the Hassle of Insurance Paperwork

Owner Bryan Sithu and his team truly enjoy helping patients with their needs, especially when they can help clients stay in their homes as long as possible.

Right now there is no waiting list to start the process to receive service, but that won’t last long.

Bryan has that found one of the biggest obstacles in the way of care delivery was the bureacracy of health insurance companies. The paperwork, delays in approvals, reduced or denied payments and limits of coverage all make the process confusing and frustrating.

If actually approved, Medicare and many other health insurers often allow only about 28-35 hours of home nursing care per week; this leaves patients who need more hours of nursing to fend for themselves; or lack of nursing help covered by insurance may force someone to leave their home — where people are proven to live longer and healthier — earlier than expected to move to a full-time facility.

Those facilities are extremely expensive, may be hours away from the patient’s home and loved ones, and often have months-long waiting lists to accept new patients.  Plus, in one of those facilities you will have many different and often changeable CNAs assigned to you and many other patients – not personalized care from one or two professionals like with Your Private Care, LLC.

So, let us help you stay in your home longer!

For all these reasons and more, Your Private Care, LLC may make sense for you today.

Bryan and his team look forward to serving you soon!

About Us:

With years of experience as a BSN in Myanmar (formerly Burma) and as a CNA for the San Francisco Department of Health and in Syracuse NY area, Owner Bryan Sithu understands how to deliver personal care to meet your or your loved one’s goals.  By doing so, we can help keep them home longer, where people usually stay healthier and happier longer compared to some level of nursing facility.

Bryan moved his aging parents into his home in Syracuse, showing his passion to provide compassionate care starts at home.  He is currently also a CNS at Iroquois Nursing Home in Jamesville, NY, where patients regularly request him to be their helper.  In fact, many times, patients there are upset when he is reassigned to other patients to help with scheduling issues.
